Costs vary depending on the type of investigation, time required, location, travel, and other case-specific factors. Some services may be offered at a flat rate, while others are billed hourly. We will discuss expected fees and any applicable retainer before beginning work. 

Some investigations require an advance retainer that is applied toward investigative services and authorized expenses. Retainer requirements depend on the type and anticipated scope of the assignment and will be explained before work begins. 

No investigator can guarantee a particular result. We can explain what investigative methods may be available, conduct the agreed-upon work, and report the information and evidence we are able to obtain. 

Investigative reports, photographs, video, records, and other information may be useful in legal matters depending on the circumstances and applicable rules of evidence. When we are assisting with litigation, we can coordinate with your attorney regarding the investigative needs of the case.
